You can only click on the light colored tiles and than you'll choose the direction you want by clicking on the arrow. To unlock the next level you will have to solve previous puzzle. Challenge yourself - each puzzle has 3 stars to earn - try to get them! There is a replay button so you can always try to improve your score and get all 3 stars in every puzzle.
