Service-public.fr is the official website of the French administration. Created by a decree of November 6, 2000 and renovated in 2009, it is published by the Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (Dila).
With Allô Public Service 3939, it constitutes the multichannel pole of administrative information managed, in the services of the Prime Minister, by the Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information born of the merger between the Directions of official newspapers and French Documentation on January 11, 2010.
Handicboard for administrative information and access to online procedures, Service-public.fr offers the user access to information that is useful to him for knowing his rights and carrying out his procedures: practices, questions and answers, reference texts, definitions, online approach or form, contact details and opening hours of the administrative service locally competent to enter or to deal with an administrative approach.
The portal gives access to a customizable version by each user: MON. Service-public.fr , the personal account of online procedures aimed at allowing any citizen to carry out online administrative procedures using a single identifier and password.
